Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of nazarovaviation.com. Nazarov Aviation is an independent aircraft brokerage, management and ferry business in Seattle, Washington. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract or a binding quote, and every aircraft detail shown here is subject to your own verification and inspection.

Who these terms are between

This website is operated by Nazarov Aviation. On this page, "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" means anyone who uses the site.

Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What we do

  • Brokerage and acquisition: representing buyers and sellers of piston and turboprop aircraft.
  • Aircraft management: oversight, records and readiness for owner-flown aircraft.
  • Ferry: flying an aircraft from one airport to another.

Every engagement runs under its own written agreement, signed before the work starts. These terms govern the website only. They do not create a brokerage, agency, management or ferry engagement, and they do not replace anything in a signed agreement. Where the two disagree, the signed agreement controls.

Nothing here is an offer or a binding quote

Everything published on this site is for information. Prices, fees, availability, aircraft status and service descriptions are not an offer, not a binding quote and not a contract, and they can change without notice.

A number becomes a quote only when we put it in writing for your specific aircraft and your specific transaction, and it becomes binding only inside a signed agreement. Sending us an enquiry, and our replying to it, does not commit either of us to a deal.

Aircraft information must be independently verified

Aircraft details shown on this site, including year, model, total time, engine and propeller times, avionics, equipment, damage history, logbook status, registration, condition and asking price, come from owners, sellers and third-party sources. We pass them on in good faith. We do not warrant that they are accurate, complete or current, and any of them can change without notice.

Before you buy any aircraft, verify everything yourself. At a minimum that means:

  • A pre-purchase inspection by a mechanic you choose.
  • Your own review of the logbooks and the airworthiness records, including airworthiness directive compliance.
  • An FAA registration and title search, and a lien search.
  • Your own confirmation of equipment, avionics and damage history.

Do not treat a listing, a photograph or a specification line on this website as a statement of fact about an airplane. Photographs are illustrative and may show an aircraft that is no longer available. Where a specification appears as a bracketed token, it is an unfilled placeholder rather than a claim.

Ferry flights

A ferry flight depends on the aircraft being legal and safe for that flight, on the weather, and on any permits the flight requires. Dates and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

The pilot in command decides whether a flight departs, continues or diverts, and that decision is final.

No advice, and no agency until it is signed

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, insurance or airworthiness advice. Get your own advisers for those.

Reading this site, or contacting us through it, does not make us your broker, your agent or your fiduciary. That relationship begins only when a written agreement is signed by both sides.

The site itself

We work to keep the site accurate and available, and we provide it as it is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Links to other websites are there for convenience. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they publish.

The text, photographs and marks on this site belong to Nazarov Aviation or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without written permission.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it, including any aircraft specification.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Obligations we take on in a signed agreement are governed by that agreement, not by this section.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of the State of Washington have jurisdiction.

Questions about these terms, and any legal notice, go to [email protected].
