What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your phone number, and those three are required. Everything else is optional: a message, what your enquiry is about, and, depending on which one you pick, a few details about the aircraft. Those details are the make and model, a budget or an asking price, a tail number, total time, the airport it is based at, and for a ferry flight the origin, the destination and the type.

The form also carries a hidden field that you never see and never fill in. It exists to catch automated submissions, and a real visitor always leaves it empty.

Separately, our form handler reads the IP address your request arrives from. It is used for two things only: confirming the spam check and limiting how many messages one address can send in an hour. It is never attached to your name or your message.

Please do not send financial details, identity documents or aircraft ownership paperwork through this form. If a transaction needs them, they are handled separately under a signed agreement.

What happens when you submit the form

• A Cloudflare Turnstile check runs in your browser. Turnstile is a spam filter. It produces a token, and our server sends that token to Cloudflare together with your IP address so Cloudflare can confirm the check passed. If it does not pass, the message is rejected and nothing is sent to us.
• Your IP address is counted in Cloudflare KV, a key-value store. The record is the address and a number, nothing else. It holds one address to three messages an hour, and it deletes itself automatically one hour after your last accepted message.
• The message is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so we can answer you directly.
• The site itself is static and is served by Cloudflare Pages. There is no database, no account, and no login.

If you call or email instead of using the form, we hold whatever you choose to tell us, in the phone or the inbox, and nothing more.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages people actually read. It sets first-party cookies, named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code, which let Google recognise a returning browser for up to two years. They record how you use this site. They do not record who you are, and we never combine them with anything you send us through the contact form.

This site also uses Microsoft Clarity, which records how people move through the pages: pointer movement, clicks, taps and scrolling, played back to us as an anonymised session so we can see where the site is confusing. It sets its own cookies, named _clck and _clsk, and the recording is processed by Microsoft. Clarity masks text input by default, so what you type into the contact form is not captured in a recording, and we never match a recording to an enquiry.

That is the whole of the tracking here. There is no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag and no social media tracker. If you would rather not be counted, you can block cookies for this site in your browser, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, which Clarity honours.

Cloudflare may set what it needs to serve the site and to run the Turnstile check. That processing is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

Who else sees your information

Two service providers handle your data on our behalf, and only so the form can work:

• Cloudflare, for hosting, the Turnstile spam check, and the rate-limit store.
• Resend, for delivering the message to our inbox as email.

Beyond those two, nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not pass your details to a lender, an insurer, a title company or another broker unless you ask us to for your own transaction. The only other case is a lawful request we are legally required to answer.

How long we keep it

• The rate-limit record expires by itself one hour after your last accepted submission. Nothing about it is retained after that.
• Your enquiry sits in our inbox for {ENQUIRY_RETENTION}, then it is deleted.
• If your enquiry becomes a transaction, the records tied to that transaction are kept for {TRANSACTION_RETENTION}.

Asking for a copy, a correction or deletion

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to [email protected] and we will reply within {RESPONSE_WINDOW}.

Two honest limits. Deleting an enquiry removes it from our inbox, but it cannot recall an email that has already been sent or reach copies your own mail provider holds. And the rate-limit record cannot be looked up by name, only by IP address, so there is nothing there to retrieve before it expires on its own.
