We find the aircraft you want.
Independent and multi-brand. We search the whole market on your behalf, not one manufacturer's inventory, and we know these airplanes because we fly and own them.
Aircraft acquisition is buyer representation: one broker working for you from the first search to the day the airplane is yours. Nazarov Aviation is independent and multi-brand, so we search the whole market, evaluate candidates, coordinate the pre-buy inspection, handle escrow and title, and close the deal.
How an acquisition runs
Seven stages, in order. You hear from us at every one, including the times when the answer is to walk away.
Mission and budget
Before a single listing goes on the table: what you fly now, what you want to do with the airplane, how many seats, what runways, what weather, and what you are willing to spend to own it rather than just to buy it. Most bad purchases are decided here, not at the pre-buy.
Search the whole market
We are independent, so the search covers every make that fits the mission, wherever in the country it happens to sit. An airplane broker who only shows you what he already has is a salesman.
Evaluate the candidates
Logbooks, damage history, airworthiness directives, engine and prop time since overhaul, avionics, corrosion, and the gaps in the paperwork. We tell you which airplanes are worth a trip and which ones are not.
Coordinate the pre-buy inspection
An aircraft pre buy inspection is ordered by the buyer and carried out by a shop that knows the type and has no stake in the sale. We arrange it, show up where it helps, and turn what the shop finds into a number and a plan for the negotiation.
Appraisal and value
What comparable aircraft are actually closing at, not what they are advertised at. Where a lender, an insurer, or an estate needs a number that will hold up, we tell you when a formal aircraft appraisal is the right tool and when it is not.
Escrow, title and closing
Funds go through a licensed aviation escrow company, never directly between buyer and seller. Title search for liens, bill of sale, FAA registration, and a clean transfer on the day.
Delivery
The right airplane is rarely the local one. We can fly it home for you when the deal closes, so distance is a logistics question instead of a reason to settle.
Delivery is its own job, and we do it in house. See aircraft ferry service for how we fly a purchase home, or aircraft management for what happens once it is in your hangar.
The pre-buy and the paperwork
This is the part of the purchase that decides whether you bought an airplane or a project.
A pre-buy inspection is not an annual, and it is not a formality. It is your one chance to find out what the seller has been living with, done by a shop that has no stake in the deal. We pick the shop for the type, agree the scope up front, and make sure the logbooks get read as carefully as the airframe.
What the inspection finds leads to one of three things: the seller fixes it, the price moves, or you walk. All three are fine outcomes. The bad one is finding the corrosion after the money has already cleared.
The paperwork gets the same attention, right down to the airworthiness records a future buyer will want to see when it is your turn to sell the aircraft.

Why an independent broker
A broker is only worth using if his interest matches yours. Ours does.
- Independent and multi-brand.We do not carry a manufacturer's line, so no airplane gets recommended because it is the one we are holding. The search starts with your mission and ends wherever the right airframe happens to be.
- We fly and know the airplanes we broker.Vlad is an owner-pilot. That is why we can talk about a specific panel, a specific float installation, or a specific set of logbooks rather than reading you a spec sheet.
- One firm through delivery.Brokerage, ferry, and management are the same conversation here. You are not handing your new airplane to a stranger at the far end of the deal.
- We will tell you to walk.A fee on the wrong airplane is worth less than an owner who comes back in five years to trade up. If the deal is bad, we say so.
There is nothing on the market through us at this moment. The aircraft we have represented are on aircraft for sale, and the search we would run for you starts with a conversation. There is more about Vlad too.

Buyer questions
The questions owners ask before they hand over a deposit. If yours is not here, ask it.
What does a buyer's broker actually do?
We work for the buyer, not the seller. That means setting the mission and the budget, searching the market, shortlisting real candidates, ordering the pre-buy inspection, negotiating on what it finds, and running escrow, title, and closing. One point of contact for all of it.
Are you tied to one manufacturer?
No. We are independent and multi-brand, so we are not selling you out of an inventory we already own. If the right airplane for your mission is a Cessna, a Piper, a Cirrus, a twin, or an experimental, that is the one we go after.
What is an aircraft pre buy inspection, and who pays for it?
It is an inspection ordered before money changes hands, done by a shop that knows the type and has no stake in the sale. It covers logbooks, damage history, airworthiness directives, corrosion, engine condition, and avionics. The buyer normally pays for it, and it is the cheapest money you will spend on the airplane.
Do I need an aircraft appraisal as well?
Sometimes. Pricing an offer and appraising for a lender, an insurer, or an estate are two different jobs. We will tell you which one your situation actually calls for instead of ordering both.
What if the aircraft I want is nowhere near Seattle?
That is normal, and it is not a problem. We search nationally, and we ferry aircraft nationwide, so the airplane can be inspected where it sits and flown home once it is yours.
What do you charge a buyer?
We agree the fee up front and put it in writing before the search starts, so nothing about the cost of representation shows up as a surprise at closing. It is quoted per acquisition on a call, because no two searches are the same job: the type, where the candidates are, how much travel and pre-buy coordination it takes. Tell us the mission and you get your number.
Tell us the mission. We will find the airplane.
What you fly now, what you want to do with it, and what you want to spend. That is enough to start.
